Spawned out of the mountains of Asheville North Carolina the heavy metal band As Sick As Us! hit the ground running on the local venue circuit in July of 2008.

In the beginning ASAU Started like most bands- In the garage of someones house. The Original members, and brothers, Zack and Zane Oskins, went through a lot of musician changes until arriving at its present line-up.

Originally a hard metal-core band, ASAU quickly realized their full potential and talents during a short transitional phase and became a more progressive heavy metal band. ASAU only produces and plays original material. The line up consists of Zack on lead vocals, Zane on drums, lead guitarist Jeff Bean, rhythm guitarist Jake Meade, and Tommie on bass.

Once out of the garage, ASAU began playing the local gig scene and quickly developed a large local fan base known affectionately as "rivet heads". ASAU quickly branched out beyond the confines of Asheville and is now playing shows at the regional level in cities such as Greensboro NC, Spartanburg SC, and Knoxville TN as of 2009.

Presently As Sick As Us! is not signed to a record label and is instead intensley focusing on developing additional original material, tightening their sound, and performing studio recording tracks to put up on the bands web sites. Stay tuned, more good shit is coming!
